Q: How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?
At Kansas City International Airport (MCI), your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area with your name on a placard.


If you don’t see your driver, simply call or text (913) 800-4011 and we’ll connect you immediately.


Q: How will I know my car has arrived?
If you provide a mobile number, you’ll receive text updates when your chauffeur is on the way and when they arrive.
Your driver’s contact number will also be included in that message.


Q: What is your waiting policy?
• 15-minute grace period for non-airport pickups
• After 15 minutes, standard wait time applies
• We track all commercial flights, and there is no wait charge for flight delays.


Q: Lost & Found
If you believe you left something in a vehicle, please call (913) 800-4011 right away.
While KC Global cannot guarantee recovery, we will do everything possible to help locate your item.


Q: Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees.
Your estimate includes all known charges. Additional costs may apply only for extra stops, wait time, parking, or tolls.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, business checks, or cash.
You will receive an email receipt after your trip is completed.


Q: Traveling with a child?
Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee.
For safety reasons and local regulations, a parent or guardian may be asked to assist with installation.


Q: Can you bill our company monthly?

Yes. KC Global offers corporate accounts with monthly billing for approved clients.
We provide detailed trip records and invoices for easy accounting and expense reporting.
