Terms & Conditions

KC Global Chauffeured Service – Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms apply.


Reservations & Confirmation

All reservations are personally confirmed by KC Global Chauffeured Service.
You will receive driver details prior to pickup.
Flights are tracked automatically and pickup times are adjusted when delayed.


Airport Pickups

For Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim with a name sign.
If you do not see your driver, please call or text 913-800-4011 immediately to avoid a no-show charge.


Wait Time & Extra Stops

• Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period
• Airport wait time is included per our Cancellation & Service Policy

Additional wait time, extra stops, parking, tolls, or event fees are billed as incurred or may convert to hourly service.


Hourly Service

Hourly reservations require a 2-hour minimum and are billed as-directed from garage-out to garage-in unless otherwise noted.


Cancellations & No-Shows

In summary:

• Sedans & SUVs require 24-hour notice
• Sprinters, vans, and charter buses require 7 days
• Weddings, holidays, and special events require 14 days

Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed in full.


Payment Authorization

A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.
Large vehicles, weddings, holidays, or special events may require a credit-card authorization or deposit at booking.


Child Seats

Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee.
Parent or guardian is responsible for proper installation and securing the child.


Late-Night / Early-Morning Service

A modest service surcharge may apply for pickups between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM due to additional staffing and operating costs.


Additional Charges May Include

• Extended wait time or extra stops
• Parking, tolls, airport, or event fees
• Excess cleaning, smoking/vaping, or damage (minimum $250)
• Applicable taxes, licensing, or service fees
• Premium holiday or special-event service


Holiday Service

Premium rates may apply on major holidays or high-demand dates.


Lost Items

KC Global Chauffeured Service is not responsible for items left in vehicles but will gladly assist in recovery when possible.


Vehicle Requests

An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be substituted if necessary.

Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
