For airport and local transportation:

24-hour notice is required to cancel or change without charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be billed the full trip fare.

Because these vehicles require advance scheduling, affiliate coordination, and limited availability:

7-day cancellation notice is required.
14 days is required for weddings, holidays, or special events.

A credit card authorization or deposit may be required to confirm these reservations.

This includes:

• Mercedes Sprinters
• Passenger Vans
• Mini-buses
• Charter Buses
• Group transportation vehicles

Cancellations inside these windows may be billed in full.

For large vehicles, weddings, holidays, or special events, a credit card authorization or deposit may be required at booking to secure the vehicle and driver.

High-demand dates such as weddings, proms, major holidays, and large events may require deposits and extended cancellation terms. Details are confirmed at booking.

We track flights in real time and adjust pickup times automatically when flights are early or delayed.
There is no charge for airline-related delays.

A trip is considered a no-show if the passenger does not arrive within the complimentary wait time and we are unable to reach them.

Complimentary wait time is:

• Domestic flights: 45 minutes after landing
• International flights: 60 minutes after landing
• Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time

After this period, the trip may be billed in full.
