Airport Arrivals
To ensure a smooth transition for your passengers upon arrival at the new airport, here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Upon landing KCI: Please follow the signs directing towards baggage claim.
2. Escalator descent to the lower level .
3. Look for the drivers: At the bottom of the escalator
If for some reason you're not able to connect with the driver, please do not leave the airport and call us directly at 913-515-5156 for immediate assistance.
Security Administration (TSA) requires the following documentation at the security checkpoint of all airports:
- Boarding pass or security document
- A valid government-issued ID or valid passport (required for international travel)
For international travel:
- In order for you to be accommodated on your international flight (when departing the US and when departing from an international destination), you must verify your passport with an agent or kiosk at the Airlines Ticket Counter at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Travel Ban:
Lithium batteries that are damaged, defective, or recalled for safety reasons are not allowed in checked baggage, carryon baggage, or cargo.
Please make sure that any sharp objects (especially needles, syringes, and other items needed for medication) are properly covered and secured to prevent injury to yourself and our Employees who care for your bags.
